We aim for a new industrial urbanity of workspace neighborhoods, in contrast to the traditional industrial park which is mono-functional and often poorly integrated into the city fabric.
We seek synergies between production and innovative, knowledge-based, industries together with a high quality environment that will suit both living and working. Taking current industries, such as recycling, food industry and logistics, as a starting point, we aim to enrich the environment by bringing new industries to create added value within the area.
Our ambitions are to develop the mobility system into a three dimensional circulation model based on hierarchy; to introduce new industrial typologies to the area; and to create synergies based on the concept of mixed uses.
