My project will conceive a prototyping villa in the capital of Senegal Dakar based on Senegalese culture The project is a critique of cement based industry in architectural application which is leading to the importation of the material and so the exclusion of local materials use. Therefore, the aim is to take inspiration from the Vernacular and use a local technique such as weaving to optimize spatial qualities and cooling system.
