My project is a critique of the vast entropic landscape outside Brescia in Northern Italy. The centre of Brescia has clear boundaries, a hierarchy of space and defined axes. It is an energised point in the entropic landscape. In contrast the area of San Polo and San Zeno Naviglio is a mish-mash of industrial, residential and agricultural, the autostrada cutting through with no central points, no meaningful hierarchy and no defined axes.
